The management statements consist of the following:
These management accounts aim to provide the directors with a workable tool that can assist them in managing their business efficiently. This is made possible by them knowing what areas to focus on and improve in order to grow their business.
These reports are discussed and explained to business owners monthly to ensure that they achieve dynamic business results.
We are involved in the following to ensure that we compile accurate management accounts for our clients’ business:
We capture all invoices and prepare payments to suppliers. We also liaise with suppliers on your behalf regarding payments and reconciliations of your accounts with them.
We ensure that all sales are recorded and banked timeously to reduce internal risk.
We do weekly bank reconciliations.
We control and oversee the entire salary process. Starting from the translation of hours worked into the salary amounts payable to the electronic payment of salaries into your employees’ bank accounts. We also administrate any garnishees or other third party deductions.
Weekly cash flow forecasts are prepared together with cash flow projections going forward. The projected cash flows are discussed with the directors weekly before preparing payments to suppliers.
Annual Financial Statements: The new companies Act 2008 requires all audited companies to draft their own Annual Financial Statements. In the past, auditors were able to compile the financials themselves during the audit process. To ensure audit independence and compliance, they can no longer do so. As registered members of the SAIPA and COTE, we can perform this service for you.
